Sugar Bowl challenge 11

The challenge over at the Sugar Bowl this week is to make a card based on a gorgeous sketch by Kathy. You also has to include pearls on the card. I made this card with this lovely image from Sugar Nellie.

Put som glossy on the flowers... love the effect that gives.

I've put som Distress ink - vintage photo on all the edges.

Sugar Bowl - Challenge #8

Jeg rakk denne akkurat tror jeg :) utfordringen hos SugarBowl denne uken er å følge en skisse laget av Tiets. Kjempeflott skisse!! Jeg har brukt en av disse skjønne jentene igjen :) Kortet er til en svært spesiell venn - som jeg setter utrolig stor pris på - så får håpe hun liker det :)


Just in time I guess - the challenge over at the SugarBowl this week is to follow a sketch made by Tiets. I've used this gorjuss image from Sugar Nellie - they are the cutest :) The sentiment translates to "Because you deserve it".

Jeg har også dekorert alle sidene av kortet etter skissen. Har blitt så inspirert av Lena Katrine og Maya som lager så vakre kort, både utenpå og inni. Så etter å ha åååhet og sukket over hvor flinke de er i lengre tid har jeg omsider forsøkt på det samme. Det ble da kanskje ikke så aller verst :)

I've also decorated all the sides following the sketch. I've been so inspired by Lena Katrine og Maya who makes the most gorgeous cards, both inside and outside.

Sugar Bowl challenge 3 - Love & romance

The challenge at Sugar Bowl is to make a card with the theme 'Love and romance'.

My card is with the stamp 'Pen Pal' designed by Elisabeth Bell. It is colored with distress ink refills. The paper is from Basic Grey, flowers from Prima and I've used some Glimmer mist on the pink flower. The heart is punched out on Bazill paper. Pearls from KaiserCraft.

The Sugar Bowl - challenge 2 - Three!

The second challenge over at the Sugar Bowl is the theme "Three". I've used image from Sweet Art Ebony designed by Elisabeth Bell called "A good book" and colored it with distress ink refills. There are three kinds of patterned paper, three kinds of embellishments: three roses, three pearls, and three metal charms. The sentiment is from Stempelglede and translates to "Happy birthday".

Sugar Bowl: Challenge 1 - Sketch by Tiets

The new challenge blog Sugar Bowl is open with their first challenge, a sketch by Tiets. The rules are that there must be a Sugar Nellie Stamp in the card, and I've used one from Sweet art Ebony Honey & Pip, "Pen Pal". I love these Sugar Nellie Stamps, and especially the ones made by Elisabeth Bell. They are just gorgeous.
The sentiment, which is from Stempelglede, translates to "Flowers for you".
